Beta status

T4 Forge is in private beta. Features, availability, plan limits, and these terms may change before public launch. Access may be limited to invited testers while reliability and customer protections are validated.

Who operates T4 Forge

T4 Forge is a product and trading brand operated by Reel And Fire Trading Company, LLC. These Terms are between you and Reel And Fire Trading Company, LLC. In these Terms, “T4 Forge,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Reel And Fire Trading Company, LLC.

Your account

You are responsible for using accurate account information, protecting your sign-in method, and notifying support about suspected unauthorized access. Product entitlements do not create administrative authority or academic authority.

Your materials

You may provide only material you own or are authorized to use. You retain your rights in your material. You give T4 the limited permission needed to process it to provide and secure the service.

Responsible use

Do not use T4 to violate law or another person’s rights; attack, probe, scrape, or disrupt the service; bypass security or product limits; impersonate another person; or upload malicious or prohibited content.

Learning support, not a guarantee

T4 is a practice and study-support product. It does not guarantee grades, test scores, certification, admission, retention, or any other educational outcome. Learners remain responsible for evaluating their sources and following course or instructor requirements.

Trials, subscriptions, payments, and cancellation

Paid T4 Forge subscriptions are sold through Paddle. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for those transactions and handles checkout, payment collection, applicable taxes, receipts and invoices, subscription billing, cancellations, and refunds under Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.

A payment method is required for the seven-day free trial, but the trial charge is $0. The first scheduled charge occurs after the full seven-day trial unless you cancel before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically at the monthly or annual interval disclosed at checkout until cancelled.

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents future renewal charges. Cancellation does not itself refund a completed transaction. Refund requests are addressed separately in the T4 Forge Refund Policy and are administered by Paddle.

Cancellation, expiration, or refund may change access to paid features, but does not automatically rewrite or delete Forges, answers, mastery records, evidence, provenance, Coach history, or other learning history. Information is retained or deleted according to the T4 Forge Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Availability and changes

We aim to operate T4 carefully, but beta service may be interrupted or changed. We may restrict access to protect users, the service, or legal rights. We will not rewrite trusted learning records merely because billing access changes.

Legal and consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable right or remedy available under applicable law. Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy also apply to transactions completed through Paddle. If applicable law or Paddle’s governing buyer policies provide greater transaction-related protection, that protection applies.
