Who handles T4 Forge transactions

T4 Forge is a product and trading brand operated by Reel And Fire Trading Company, LLC. This policy applies to T4 Forge subscription transactions completed through Paddle. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for those transactions.

Seven-day free trial

A payment method is required to begin the seven-day free trial, but the trial charge is $0. The first scheduled charge occurs after the full seven-day trial unless you cancel before the trial ends.

If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. Reaching a product-usage limit during the trial does not cause an early charge.

Fourteen-day refund-request window

You may submit a refund request to Paddle within 14 calendar days of the applicable transaction date. This request window includes the first paid charge after a free trial and subscription renewal transactions.

T4 Forge does not impose a shorter refund-request period or condition the submission of a timely request on whether you created or used a Forge, how much of the subscription period remains, or another product-usage threshold.

Submitting a request within 14 days does not by itself guarantee a refund. Paddle determines eligibility and processes full or partial refunds in accordance with the Paddle Refund Policy, Paddle Buyer Terms, and applicable law.

How to request a refund

Use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle transaction email, use the support option available through your billing page, or visit Paddle Buyer Support and select the refund-request option.

Do not send T4 Forge or Paddle your password, payment-card security code, or full payment-card number.

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, prevents future renewal charges, and does not by itself refund a transaction that has already been completed.

Cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions. If you want both to prevent future renewals and to request a refund for a completed transaction, complete both actions through Paddle.

Effect on access and learning history

If Paddle completes a refund, access associated with the refunded transaction may end based on the verified billing status.

Cancellation, expiration, and refund do not automatically rewrite or delete Forges, answers, mastery records, evidence, provenance, Coach history, or other learning history. Account or data-deletion requests are handled separately under the T4 Forge Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable right or remedy available under applicable law. If applicable law, Paddle’s governing buyer policies, or another expressly applicable policy provides greater rights, those rights apply.
