Who operates T4 Forge

T4 Forge is a product and trading brand operated by Reel And Fire Trading Company, LLC. This policy describes information handled for that product.

Information T4 may process

When the private beta opens, T4 may process account identity information, study materials you choose to provide, learning responses and confidence selections, product-usage records, billing references supplied by our payment provider, and messages you send for support.

How information is used

Information is used to operate the service, protect accounts, create and present learning activities, preserve learning history, understand product reliability, administer subscriptions, answer support requests, and meet legal or security obligations.

Study materials and learning records

Study materials, answers, mastery records, evidence, and coaching history are treated as learning data. T4 is designed to keep source and learner identities connected to the correct account and to prevent billing events from rewriting learning truth.

Service providers

T4 may use carefully selected providers for hosting, authentication, payment processing, security, and limited model-assisted product functions. Providers receive only the information needed for their role and are not given authority to decide grades, mastery, or academic outcomes.

Public marketing site

This public site uses no advertising tracker, analytics tracker, account system, learning database, payment form, or AI service. Ordinary hosting infrastructure may still process basic request information needed to deliver and secure the site.

Optional beta research

Research participation is optional and limited to eligible adults age 18 or older. Declining research does not reduce ordinary permitted product access. Minors are excluded from beta research.

Routine research data is designed to be pseudonymous. Passwords, payment details, MFA credentials, raw uploaded study material, and raw Coach transcripts are excluded from routine research data.

Retention and deletion

Retention periods reflect product operation, security, billing, dispute, and legal needs. Cancellation or refund does not automatically erase learning history. Account and data-request assistance is available through the T4 Forge support channel.

Children and education records

The public beta is not directed to children under 13, and minors are not eligible for beta research. T4 does not claim FERPA, COPPA, HIPAA, SOC 2, or other certification merely by publishing this policy. School or institution use will require separate review and terms.

Your choices

You may choose not to submit study material, cancel a trial or subscription through the disclosed billing process, and request assistance through the support route. Applicable privacy and consumer rights remain available regardless of this beta policy.
